Oven Baked Avocados are irresistible! They're crispy, crunchy, and a healthy way to mix up the standard French fries for dinner.

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Whisk almond milk and mustard together in a bowl.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, add bread crumbs.

Step 4

Sprinkle avocado wedges with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper. Roll in milk mixture. Roll in breadcrumbs to coat.

Step 5

Spray rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. Place avocados on pan. Spray avocados with cooking spray.

Step 6

Bake avocados for 20 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

Step 7

Serve with chopped cilantro and/or hot sauce, as desired.
